The System Used

The Window Care System is especially designed for exterorior application and formalulated to provide durable repairs. It is based on a two part epoxy resin which overcomes many of the problems associated with conventional epoxies, and compromises of two products.

1 Dry Fix

A two part epoxy resin solution used as a wood stablizer and is applied like a primer coat before the filler. This takes 30 minutes to penetrate and is designed to achieve maximum adhesion beyond the surface.

This shows the high bond strength between the wood and the resin.

The essence of conservation is to keep as much of the original as possible, and the Window Care System is designed for in situ repair of wood affected by decay.
